What a year of Studio gives you
Twelve new editions of the Department of Interesting Things, each one a method you can use at work, on top of every edition already on the shelf. The Department of Interesting Things is the recurring place to develop your ideas, your abilities and the things you want to make happen. One letter a month. You also get essays I write only for members.
Occasional seminars, sometimes live, sometimes pre-recorded, with time for your questions, and access to the recordings afterwards. The Practitioner's Handbook from day one. And someone to ask when you're stuck.

I’m Rob Lambert. I’ve spent twenty years building teams and products, including roles as VP of Technology (twice), VP of HR and Head of Business Agility. I’ve run portfolio work across more than a thousand people, taken a startup to exit and taught more than 400 workshops. Studio is where I put the most useful of it, in a form you can take to work the next day.

Questions people ask
Can I read an edition before I join?
Yes. No. 001, the London Underground Map, and No. 002, the Index Card, are open to everyone, tools and all. Each of the others has a public essay, so you can see where the edition starts.
How is it different from Meeting Notes?
Meeting Notes is free and arrives every Sunday: one idea, short enough to read with a coffee. Studio is monthly and goes much further. Each edition is a working method with a tool to use, plus the handbook and the seminars.
What happens to the handbook if I leave?
You keep the PDF you downloaded. New editions and the archive stop when the membership ends.
Monthly or yearly?
The same membership either way. Yearly is £50, which is two months free. You can switch from your account.
Can my company pay for it?
Yes. Stripe sends a receipt for each payment that you can claim back. For a team, email info@cultivatednotes.com.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in a couple of clicks, at any time. If you're on the yearly plan, Ghost reminds you before it renews. Payments go through Stripe, so I never see your card details.
